We built AmLo because we lived the frustration firsthand.
Before founding AmLo, I served on my own HOA board and experienced every frustration boards face. Hidden fees with no explanation. Calls unreturned for days. A manager who showed up to meetings unprepared and left us to figure things out alone.
That experience, combined with my background as a City Council Member and Planning Commission Chair, drove me to earn my CMCA and AMS designations and build AmLo around the transparency and responsiveness I wished we had received. I understand community governance at every level, from the boardroom to city hall.
Today, AmLo serves communities across Washington and California with the same standard I would demand for my own neighborhood.
